quiet room effective ac smooth check-in
The location is great with easy access to nearby shops I found the room very quiet with effective ac it made resting easy. The bed was comfortable promoting good sleep the size was also adequate. The check-in process was smooth and efficient the large parking lot was especially convenient.
The breakfast options could include more variety.

the hotel provided kids entertainment, a nice interior and a neat, clean pool. the view from the hotel was also very nice. i found the beds and pillows to be comfortable .
the breakfast service was poor. staff did not clear plates promptly. the breakfast food ran out and was not replenished, including basic items. the quality of the breakfast food was also subpar.

convenient and clean!
helpful team spacious room high cleanliness
The reception team was very helpful . mr hanin and mr abdul rahman provided excellent service. the room was spacious and new. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. I found everything super clean on arrival.
This was a slight disappointment.

The hotel is near bus stations. the nearest metro station is approximately 3 km away. many shops are located a short distance from the hotel. This makes it easy to find necessities.

the hotel features a pool and gym. the gym includes multiple machines, which are suitable for basic workouts. a spa is also available, though i did not use it.

breakfast offered many choices and some custom options. a chef prepares omelets with your choice of ingredients. fresh juices were available daily, including a guava smoothie.

The staff were attentive and helpful. the receptionist, fazil, was professional, relaxed, and friendly. they allowed a room change to better meet my comfort level. I think this was good.

the room was clean and well-equipped. it included a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a sliding door. the water pressure in the shower was very good.
